In a two-phased approach to cater to the expanding needs of Katy Independent School District, a new facility was meticulously crafted to house the district’s administrative offices. Completed in October 2003, Phase I set the foundation for the district’s modern administrative operations. Following this, Phase II embarked on the transformation of existing office spaces, culminating in a comprehensive renovation. This phase also introduced a 5,000 square-foot central plant, showcasing the district’s commitment to modern infrastructure. Executed under the Construction Management at Risk method, this project optimally utilized resources, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality.
