Crafted from tilt-up concrete and bolstered by a steel roof structure, this single-story building houses office spaces, a training room, a kitchen and break room, and unique living quarters. These living quarters, a distinct feature of the building, are designed to accommodate Baywater Drilling staff visiting Houma for short 2-3 day stays, ensuring their comfort and convenience. The facility, envisioned and brought to life by Kirksey Architects, aligns perfectly with the needs of Baywater Drilling, LLC, serving as a comprehensive hub for their operational needs.
