In a collaborative and negotiated project with Frank’s International, Gamma was tasked with the creation of an expansive 5-story administrative office in Lafayette. Spanning 180,000 square feet, this grand edifice was built under phase 1. Once this monumental building stood tall, the previous 3-story structure, accompanying paving, and an additional single-story building were demolished, paving the way for modernity and efficient spatial utilization. What makes this project even more impressive was Gamma’s ability to seamlessly manage construction without hindering the operational functionalities of the facility.
