Drawing inspiration from the historical Anheuser Busch Brewery in St. Louis, Missouri, this “state of the art” beverage distribution facility in Texas City stands as a testament to modern design integrated with classical aesthetics. Encompassing a grand total of 157,000 square feet, the site boasts a 126,000 square-foot air-conditioned warehouse, a 31,000 square-foot office building, and an 8,308 square-foot Vehicle Maintenance Facility, courtesy of T & S Fleet Services.

Constructed using concrete tilt-up, the panels feature sharp accent reveals, sealed with high-performance paint, echoing a sense of luxury and durability. Functionality is at the forefront, with a Fleet Area offering 16 dock positions, 18 parking stalls, and direct access to Century Blvd. With foresight, the property design has provisioned for a future 66,000 square-foot warehouse expansion, ensuring it remains adaptive to the evolving needs of Del Papa Distributing.
