In July 2015, Houston, Texas, witnessed the culmination of an ambitious architectural venture spearheaded by WLD Properties V, LLC. This project emerged as a composite of new constructions and adept renovations. At its forefront stands a modern service shop, adjacent to a newly added sales facility, which together cater to the evolving demands of the business. Further enhancing the project’s complexity, an existing pre-engineered building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment. Castles Design Group breathed new life into this space, meticulously carving out contemporary offices, versatile multi-purpose rooms, employee-friendly locker rooms, and an efficiently designed parts storage area. Covering a vast 100,000 square feet, every inch of this project testifies to a seamless marriage of innovation and functionality, encapsulating WLD Properties V, LLC’s commitment to excellence.
